HackLab.TO Job Fair

HackLab.TO is having a job fair!
We know a lot of people who work in various tech fields. Some people are looking to fill positions at their companies, some are looking for new jobs, and others are finishing university and looking to break into the field. We’d like to help get you in touch with each other.
Bring your resume: we’ll have representatives from companies actively looking to hire people. Bring your business cards: we’ll have a lot of people from the local tech community who are interested in professional networking.
Attendance is free to people who are job hunting, although we ask that people use our ticketing system to RSVP– our space is limited, and we don’t want to be overwhelmed! The event will run from 10AM to 4PM on April 4th, with no registration for specific time slots.
For more details, and to sign up:

Spread the word, especially for companies recruiting or people looking for contract work– the more job opportunities available at the fair, the bigger of a success it will be.

Hi, I really enjoyed the presentation at DemoCamp last night and I’m looking forward to dropping by your job fair for some networking. I have an immediate need for an experienced Joomla publisher to do a 4-month contract with one of my clients, so if you know anyone, please direct them to our Craigslist ad – http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/web/1056673940.html. Thanks!

Found you guys through Bre’s blog and I would love to drop by. A bit busy with school to free up a Tuesday night, but I don’t think I can miss this event.
If any employers are on a tighter deadline than the beginning of April and are looking for a part time hacker and full time Mechanical Engineer twitter @Jakeypoo_ for contact info. I’m 4th year undergrad at UofT, looking for May ’09 employment.

Hey guys, don’t get jobs yet. Wait until the fair and we’ll all get jobs together. It’ll be fun!
(P.S. Please give me a job right away because I’m a super programmer and oh so hungry)
