How to become a member of HacklabTO:

1. Visit the hacklab on a couple open house nights, introduce yourself to several members, and express your interest to join the lab.
2. Ask a current member to nominate you for membership, and give them your email address. Your membership request will be communicated to all existing members.
3. The Hacklab members will vote on your membership request. The request requires at least 5 positive votes and no negative votes to pass.
4. Once you have enough votes and at least one week has passed since your request, you will be contacted by our Operations Officer to arrange payment of membership dues and to explain the rules and access controls for the Hacklab.
5. Welcome aboard!

Dues:

• Member dues are $50/month (GST included), paid on the 1st of each month.
• Dues can be paid with post-dated cheques, Interac email money transfer, or PayPal.

Paypal:

Subscribing will set up a recurring monthly charge of CAD 51.75 to cover dues + PayPal fees.

You can pay via PayPal without subscribing.

You can sign up for a “friends of” plan. This is mostly for people who want to show their support, but are not interested in full membership. It costs $13.37 (CAD) per month, and gets you… our eternal gratitude!
